11. MENC: The National Association for Music Education |

The MENC Advisory Council was formed in 1996 to help MENC make an even greater contribution to shaping the parameters of our nation's music in the twenty-first century. Leaders in business, entertainment, and philanthropy who are also well-known supporters of music education have joined with MENC in our dedication to providing opportunities in music for all children. The members advise MENC, help raise funds, and lend MENC additional national prestige.
